Plated's seafood policy utilizes the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch rating system as well as world recognized sustainable seafood certifications like the Best Aquaculture Practices.
The Plated team works with seafood suppliers, and FishWise, to ensure all seafood ingredients meet at least a ‘Yellow’ (good alternative) Seafood Watch rating.
