How do I skip or unskip a week using the mobile app?

The deadline to skip a week or make changes to your box is noon local time six days prior to the scheduled delivery day.

If the box isn’t confirmed, you can skip a week by simply tapping on “Skip Week” on the Upcoming screen. Your box will be skipped and you will not receive a shipment that week. If your plans change, you can tap on “Unskip Week”!
