Do you have meal plans for specific diets?

On our Menus page, Plated’s recipes can be sorted according to a range of meal types, characteristics, and dietary preferences including meat, seafood, vegetarian, dessert, <600 Calories, Low-Carb Diet, no gluten ingredients, etc.

To speak further to that, our Culinary team works to create a variety of recipes that accommodate many different lifestyles, however, we do not provide a full menu tailored to dietary restrictions. Each recipe on our menu does contain a list of each ingredient included in every recipe, so you can see exactly what you're getting prior to ordering.
