What is the shipping availability during the week of Thanksgiving?

During the week of Thanksgiving, due to carrier availability, we will not be shipping boxes for delivery on Thursday, the 28th, through Saturday, the 30th. Please keep in mind that your delivery day may have changed this week because of that! If your preferred delivery day has been changed, you should be receiving an email alerting you to your new delivery day very soon.

You can confirm your delivery day on your Weekly Menus page. Simply scroll to the week of Thanksgiving, November 24th through November 30th to see what day you should expect your box. You’ll also be able to view other available delivery days for your area when you add a Curated Menu to your box.

What are the delivery dates for these curated menus?

This Thanksgiving Curated Menu will be available to add to your box during the weeks of November 17th–November 23rd and November 24th–November 30th. Given the Thanksgiving week availability, we will not be offering delivery between Thursday, November 28th and Saturday, November 30th. 

To see if your preferred delivery day has been changed for the week of Thanksgiving, you can do that from your Weekly Menus page.  Simply scroll to the week of Thanksgiving, November 24th through November 30th to see what day you should expect your box. You’ll also be able to view other available delivery days for your area when you add a Curated Menu to your box.

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive an email with tracking information for your delivery on the morning of your delivery day. Please note that your order may arrive in more than one box. Occasionally, these are split up in transit, so they may not arrive at the same time.

Please let us know if you haven’t received your full order by 8 PM on your scheduled delivery day by emailing help@plated.com, chatting with us on the Plated website, or by giving us a call at 855-525-2399 from 8AM-12AM EST. We are here for you! 

Can I receive my box on Thanksgiving day?

Due to carrier availability,  we will not be delivering any boxes on Thanksgiving day. Please head to your Weekly Menus page to see the available delivery days for your area during the week of November 24th–November 30th!

Can I change my address after ordering the box?

Yes! You can change the delivery address on any upcoming “Open” box by heading to your Weekly Menus page. From there, scroll to the box you would like to modify and click where it says to “Change the Address for this Box”. 

Please keep in mind that the same delivery day may not be available in all zip codes. If the day you’ve originally chosen is not available in that new zip code, it will prompt you to choose another available day for delivery. 

If you would like to change the delivery address for all boxes moving forward, you can do so on your Shipping Address page in your Account Settings

As a reminder, the last day that you can modify or skip a box is 6 days before your current delivery date before 12PM. All deliveries can be skipped on your Weekly Menus page.
